We've all heard about mindfulness or meditation. Taking the time to breathe to relaxation can be very rewarding. To get the mind to focus it is important to help it recharge. Breathing deeply is soothing to the mind and body. This holistic approach to beauty and wellness through Science and Art is a great way for Esthetics, Cosmetology, Nail Technology students to brings their dreams to a reality and to acquire a successful career in their chosen field.
